Faith Akers: How Can I say Thanks!

Andre Crouch has written many beautiful songs about our Christian relationship
with God. He has been blessed with all of the talents needed to, perform and sing
his music and praise God in ways that many of us would find very difficult.
Like all of us, Andre Crouch has struggled with sin in his life. That, my friends,
is Christianity. The life long struggle against everything that Satan can throw at us,
and like all of us, Andre has sinned. The saving grace in all of this, is that Andre,
like all Christians, has been washed in the blood of Jesus Christ.
I know that Andre Crouch is considered an Old School Christian. I also know
that his music has been a constant blessing to, not only my life, but to the lives of
many Christians.
From his first song, The Blood Will Never Lose Its Power, to the very last song
of Andre's life, we Christians, have been blessed by Andre Crouch's music.
My favorite song of Andre's is, My Tribute, it has always moved me and caused
an emotional response from me, whether I am performing it or have the pleasure
of hearing it sung. There are many times I have used it as a prayer, and many times
I have just let it speak to my soul and rejuvenate The Holy Spirit inside of me.
I ask that as you listen to this music, you would allow God to speak to you, as
He uses these words to speak to you in a special way.
