Division By Race

    I find it interesting and repulsive, in this day and time that racism is
not only tolerated but endorsed by people against racism. This is just
another tool of Satan to divide and conquer.
    As a truck driver, driving all over this great country of ours I have
seen the good and bad in this country. I have seen and heard Whites
use racial slurs, but I have also heard Black People use those same
slurs against their brothers. I have heard Latin Americans use language
that I knew and understood from working in produce sheds, that they
thought I didn't understand.
    We, are all God's Children, regardless of the color of our skin,
regardless of our native tongue. As a White person I have walked to
nearby churches from truck stops, and been told there was a church
for "My Kind" two blocks down. I would stay and worship anyway,
because as far as I'm concerned God doesn't have a kind.
    I have worshipped in churches that I didn't understand a single word
that was said, and felt the Power Of The Holy Spirit Moving. I have
been in churches, where I understood every word that was said, and
wondered where they kept the nails to drive in the coffin, they were
that dead.
    Satan will use Color, language, moniker  over the church door,
minor philosophical differences, that have absolutely nothing to do
with salvation, anything to cause a wedge in between God's people.
    In fact the most conservative of Christians will vote against everything
they believe in from abortion to gay pride, to not be perceived by the
world as " one of those fanatical Christians ".
    What happened to loving each other, just as we are? The diversity of
God's Kingdom is marvelous. We in the church, above all, should judge
people by their character, and not the color of their skin, as Dr. King
preached. Christians should talk the same, in front of people, as they
do behind peoples backs.
    Our Character is called into question every day. At work, when we
are asked to fudge some numbers, at the voting booth, when we are
asked to vote on something the Bible speaks against, on the streets, where
it is simpler to give an alcoholic or drug addict money to feed their addiction,
than to take them in the store or restaurant and buy them food.
    Christianity, is Divided and Failing, because we have let the enemy,
Satan, Divide and Conquer. To draw all people to Christ, Christianity
needs to be United Once Again.
One Church, One God, One Savior, One Holy Spirit, fighting One Enemy!
