God Laughs

    Genesis tells us that God created us in His image. Think about
that for a moment.
    In His image, that means He laughs, He cries, He gets angry,
He Loves. I'm glad that He does all of these, but most of all I'm
glad he laughs.
    Bill Cosby, in one of his early albums, does his version of
the conversation between God and Noah. God will give
instructions and Noah will answer saying RIGHT, and question
Gods direction. Noah finally goes to far and asks,
"Am I on Candid Camera?" God finally loses His patience and
asks Noah "How long can you tread water."
     That's what happens when we make our plans outside of God's
directing. He tells us that He created the heavens and the earth in
7 days. Man says it took millions and millions of years, and God
laughs. Man talks about saving the planet and global warming,
which is now called climate change, because man thinks they can
control the seasons and the temperature, and God laughs.
    Men have been trying for years to make it rain when they want,
and God laughs. Man thinks they can create a peace in the middle
east, people who have been at war for thousands of years, and
God laughs.
    We, the human race, can not control our next heart beat, our next
breath, life or death. Yet, we try to control the planet, and sometimes
even GOD, and God laughs.
    I thank Him daily for laughter, and I'm glad He laughs at us, the
alternative would be devastating.
