WAIT !

    Have you ever jumped, out of the frying pan and into the fire?
    Have you ever wished that you Hadn't done something?
    The hardest thing for us as to do is wait. We try to fix things, without help,
without God, without our family and friends. we live by that old saying, " I'd
rather do it myself."
    How does that usually work out for you?
    Patience, that ability to wait, is a hard lesson to learn. I have felt mistreated
in a job situation and ended up getting fired because I couldn't wait to cool down
and discuss it rationally.
    I have witnessed many people that jumped, when they should have waited.
    Have you ever done that?
    I have witnessed people getting into financial difficulties, simply because they
wanted something now.
    I have also witnessed the power of prayer, when people are willing to wait
on God.
    I read about a missionary group, a few years ago. They had some major
financial obligations to take care of by the end of the month. They had a leader
that had seen God work His miracles. The board kept after this leader, to get a
loan on their building, but this leader kept saying God would provide.
    God provided, from an anonymous source, a check for 10,000 dollars, 200
dollars more than was needed for the missions financial obligations. This leader
believed in God's power and was willing to wait.
    How do you react, when God's answer is wait?
