Trivial Pursuit

    Trivial pursuit was always a fun game for me, because I love trivia.
Those little tid bits of knowledge, come in handy sometimes. If you
are good at trivia, you can actually, come up with some good story
lines, just from bits and pieces of trivia you have picked up.
    What does this have to do with Christian living?
    Everything, we can get so caught up, in minor things that we forget
our main mission in life. Jesus told us to go into the world and make
disciples, baptizing in the name of The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
That is our Great Commission, those are our marching orders.
    Acts is written, to show us how the disciples continued in this
mission after Christ's death, burial, resurrection, and ascension.
The disciples were bold in their pursuit of converts to Christianity.
They kept their focus on the goal of bringing others to Christ.
    With all our knowledge, and our technology, we have history and
everything else at our fingertips. It is very easy for us to get side
tracked in our pursuit of knowledge, and lose our focus.
    Satan enjoys us losing our focus. If Satan can get us involved in
meaningless tasks, he has done his job.
    Don't be complacent in your work for The Master. Continually
strive to be the best you can be. God wants to use everything that
each one of us possess, physically, as well as mentally, to further
His Kingdom. Give God your best always, that is all He asks of us.
