Surgical Update 7/13/13

    Surgery on right shoulder was done 7/12/13. We arrived at Wilbur medical
building at 5:30 AM. I got called back for prep at 10:00 AM, was put under
anesthesia at 10:30. I woke up about 1:00 PM. The Dr. arthroscopically repaired
the right shoulder. Then sliced the top of the shoulder open to repair and anchor
rotator cuff.
    We see the Dr. again on Tues. 7/16/13, to check progress and find out the extent
of the damage repaired. I was told I will be in this apparatus for 6 weeks, before
therapy can start.
    Please keep my wife and I in your prayers, as we go through this healing
process.
The machine under my brace runs ice water through the black pad behind me 
to keep the swelling down, and help with a little pain management.
