To Princess Sandra Renee' Nelson Akers

    I originally wrote this so Sandy could read it while I was in 

surgery on June 28, my surgery was cancelled, but my love will

always be eternal. The video at the bottom, is the song I sang

as Sandy walked down the aisle to be my bride.

To Princess Sandra Renee' Nelson Akers

        On June 28, of 1980 you became my wife, an event that will

always be remembered as one of the greatest days of my life.

I still remember me singing you down the aisle, and trying to hold

back my tears of joy as you walked towards me. I still remember

the chills that ran up and down my spine, as Vernon Wells performed

our wedding. I can still remember all of our family there, some of them

are no longer with us, but the memories will always remain.

    This Anniversary, will definitely be different for us, as today I am

having shoulder surgery, and you, my love are waiting to bring me

home after the Doctors get done fixing my shoulder. There is no one

else I would want bringing me home, but you.

    This marks our 33rd year together,  I could never envision

someone as beautiful as you in my life. Every moment with you is

cherished by me. I pray each day, that I can make your day brighter, 

and though I know I fail sometimes, nothing is like your smile to

brighten my day.  Though this anniversary is different, my love for you

grows stronger every day!
