Justice, people cry out for it everyday. Our court system is over run by people
wanting justice. People, think they are in the right, and demand justice. People
think they didn't get a promotion, when they feel they should have, they want
justice. Someone hurts a family member, and you want justice.
Can you imagine if GOD was of the same mentality as mankind ?
What if GOD handed out justice as, WE, think HE should ?
John 3: 17 says " GOD sent not HIS SON into the world, to condemn the
world, but that the world, thru HIM might be saved."
I find it ironic that, we, the saved, are the most critical of people. We avoid
people that make us uncomfortable. We are quick to point out the faults, in
others. We question everyone else's motives, while we are quick not to condemn
ourselves.
I have also fallen into this habit of condemnation many times, and many times
I've been rebuked by both scripture and the HOLY SPIRIT for my weakness.
Yes, I truly believe condemning others is a weakness in our character. A
weakness that keeps us from working on our own faults, because we are so busy
noticing everyone else's faults.
I strive to reflect CHRIST in all I do. That alone is a full time job. I find that
when I do this, everyone else's faults become insignificant as my quest to be like
CHRIST over whelms me.
If we concentrate on our own walk with GOD, the faults of others will fade
from view.
If we concentrate on our own walk with GOD, we will find we are a more
loving people, a more compassionate people, a more forgiving people.
THINK ABOUT IT
PRAY ABOUT IT
