    THE FACTS?

    HE didn't promise to be with us through good times, but good and bad times.
    HE didn't promise there would only be good times, but that through our bad
times HE would build our character and give us strength to help others.
    He didn't promise us riches, but that our reward will be great and eternal if we are
HIS children.
    HE didn't promise us fame, but HE promised our name in HIS eternal book
                                "THE LAMBS BOOK OF LIFE."
    HE didn't promise us happiness, but a life more abundant through HIM.
    HE didn't promise us a marriage with a story book ending, "happily ever after",
 but a partner, a soul mate, a companion, that helps to make our life complete.

    HE did promise to always be with us.
    HE did promise us room in heaven.
    HE did promise us eternity with HIM.
    HE did promise us peace in heaven.
    HE did promise us an eternal wedding feast.

2 Corinthians 1:20 (ESV)

20 For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory.
